These Tasty mexican Style Tamales are the most popular in our range, the street food of Mexico and the southern states of the USA. We cook the Pork in a broth spiced with Recado, Cumin, Garlic and herbs.
The spicy slow cooked Shredded Pork filling is then coated in our nice zippy Mole Sauce covered in a Corn Masa Dough, then wrapped in a Corn Husk and steamed for around 2 hours.
We then vacuum seal them and freeze ready for dispatch.
Best served with a nice salad and some Belizean Fire Hot Sauce.
