Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 5 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via our carriers. They are delivered by them the next day so your order will stay fresh.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as delivery costs. Handling fees are fixed, we have a standard fee now of £5.75 on all orders up to £65.00 after that the shipping is FREE. Our carriers are charging us £8.75 now to ship your orders but we are absorbing it for as long as we can. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

If you need a Saturday delivery please advise us as the costs are higher for this service.

Please note we can only deliver to UK because of problems shipping meat products to Europe.
