Your Tamales are sent to you in a frozen condition so they will arrive to you nice and fresh, However if they are totally defrosted you can re freeze them as long as the pack is still vac sealed. See regs.

If you want to store in the fridge no problem they are good for about 7 days at 5 degrees.

However most people just eat the lot in one sitting coz they are soo tasty.
